Our base price includes a reproducible PDF master of each plan, designed with 2x6 exterior walls on a crawl space. All plans adhere to the 2021 International Residential Code (IRC), including prescriptive thermal envelope compliance for climate zone 4.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'VE PURCHASED OUR PLANS:
Once you make a purchase, we will need at least 48 hours to process your order to prepare a single use license and customize the title block of the plan set to include your information. All house plans are delivered as a PDF master, so you have the ability to print as many copies as you need at your local print shop or we can mail you full-color prints on either bright white bond paper or mylar as an additional delivery option.
