Gerald Buckler, President of BIM Works, LLC, boasts a distinguished career spanning commercial construction and dedicated service to Maryland's public school system. His expertise is underscored by multiple "Best in State" awards from the MNCBIA, earned during his tenure as Director of Estimating and Design at Chesapeake Living Treasures and with Brooks Run Builders. He also founded Efficient Home Designs, a custom design/build firm. Gerald's professional credentials include certifications from the NAHB and NCBDC.

A decade of leadership at the Building Trades Foundation for St. Mary's County Public Schools, which he co-founded, resulted in a "Best Business Partnership" award from the Maryland Department of Education.
